A Natural Brain Health and Wellness Essay.

Three ways to use the following information:

1. If you want to improve the function of your muscles use the stomach meridian associations. (ie) Think about what you eat each day. What does it taste like? Do you feel nourished? Eat mindfully, with gratitude at least one meal a day. (See the Stomach Meridian below)

2. If you have Parkinson’s disease and want to improve dopamine balance, use the gallbladder associations. As you are driving to work notice everything that you come across that is green. Or pick up an item made of wood and describe it in detail. Describe all the sensations. (See the Gallbladder Meridian below)

3. If you want to improve the function of your heart and blood vessels use the heart meridian associations. (ie) Think about what is the opposite of hate. What makes you feel loved. Make a list of ten things. Then everyday do something on that list or associate, call or talk to someone who helps you feel loved. (See the Heart Meridian below)
